Where we ship. The contiguous United States and Washington DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses yet.

Shipping cost. $4.95 flat on a one-time single bottle. Free shipping on subscriptions and multi-bottle packs.

Delivery time. Orders leave our fulfillment center within 1 to 5 business days. USPS delivery takes 2 to 4 business days after that.

Tracking. You get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns and refunds

90-day money-back guarantee. Not happy for any reason? Email gumarmor@noctyva.net within 90 days of your order. We refund in full and you keep the bottle. No return shipping, no forms.

Refund timing. We process the refund the same day we confirm it. Your bank posts it within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or defective on arrival. Email a photo to gumarmor@noctyva.net. We ship a replacement at no cost.
